Founded in 1999 by two cousins, Edge Products has become the premier name for aftermarket performance electronics. Initially, the company was founded on its efforts to produce performance electronics on diesel-powered trucks. Over the years, however, Edge has expanded its offerings to include cutting-edge products for the gas truck and Jeep markets. Edge manufactures modules and programmers for all major vehicle manufacturers, including Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Jeep, and RV. Dodge Comp - 1998.5-2000 Dodge 5.9L 24V Comp

The Edge Comp module maximizes engine efficiency by monitoring the RPM, timing, turbo boost pressure and fueling parameters of your Cummins engine. The Comp module uses this information to determine and control both fueling and timing enhancements for the Bosch fuel injection pump. Timing and fueling enhancements are controlled via CAN-BUS through the Data Link and by connecting directly into the Bosch fuel injection pump.

The Edge Comp features five power levels with power gains from 40-120 horsepower. Each of the levels has five independent adjustable sub-levels to control low boost fueling, providing a total of 25 levels of adjustability! The responsiveness settings enable you to dial-in the optimum balance between responsiveness and low boost smoke control no matter what additional power modifications have been made to the engine. The Comp module is fully adjustable on-the-fly and mounts inside the cab.

The following power gains are representative of an actual test vehicle. These gains were measured on a SuperFlow Dyno at an altitude of 4400 ft above sea level, and represent power delivered to the rear wheels of the test truck. The only modification made to the test truck was the addition of the Edge Juice module. Power gains may vary based on vehicle and geographical location.

Dodge Nozzle Injectors - 1998.5-2002 Dodge 5.9L 6 Set Injector Nozzle System - Stage 1

The proprietary process used to create these injector nozzles intricately machines 8 orifices into the tips. Compared to the stock 7-orifice injectors, Jammers feature better atomization, faster fuel flow and an enhanced spray angle. Also, the increased number of orifices enables the injectors to deliver more fuel while still maintaining proper fuel pressure. The result is more power and improved combustion-chamber cleanliness.

Jammer injector nozzles are available in five configurations. The following power gains are representative of a 5.9 Dodge equipped with the Jammer injector nozzles:

The Edge Juice with Attitude is a highly sophisticated package capable of improving your truck's driveability, towing, mileage and most importantly, POWER.

Using factory-style connections in just thirty minutes you can add five levels of adjustable power ranging from 40-120 HP and increase torque up to 350 ft lbs. The Juice greatly improves responsiveness and driveability, while at the same time increasing fuel economy.

The Juice communicates directly with the engine’s ECM from which it receives vital information. Combined with the Attitude display, you can monitor all the information a complete set of gauges would and will automatically monitor and display exhaust gas temperature (EGT), turbo boost and transmission slip and de-fuel the engine to prevent excessive EGT, boost levels or transmission slippage. It also displays 0-60 times, quarter-mile times and actual speed if you are using non-stock tires.

These gains were measured on a Mustang Dyno at an altitude of 4400 ft above sea level, and represent power delivered to the rear wheels of the test truck. Keep track of your performance by recording maximum/minimum for a variety of parameters including:

It is strongly advised that you do not combine or stack chips to gain more horsepower with this module.

A Hot Unlock Code, which includes a level 6 power level, is available for this product. Although there is not a significant increase in peak HP when compared to level 5, the level 6 fueling curve is more aggressive in the bottom and mid range and adds more fuel in the high RPM range. To get the unlock code you must complete a waiver located under product updates.

The Attitude in-cab controller combines sleek new engineering with cutting edge technology to provide state-of-the-art performance in adjusting levels and reading EGT and boost. With the addition of the controller to your Juice module, there is no longer a need for gauges. The backlit LCD display screen allows clear reading of EGT temperatures, boost readings as well as a host of other parameters. Edge makes power – and lots of it. With five levels to choose from, you can add up to additional horsepower with the push of the button. But power is just the beginning The Edge A2 is an incredibly sophisticated device that is an in-cab controller, provides Award-Winning TomTom GPS Software with preloaded maps of the U.S., and an optional back up camera. As an added safety feature, the A2 automatically defuels to prevent excessive EGTs, turbo boost and tranny slip and also provides cold engine protection.
